Nestled amidst the lush landscape, their vineyards span 5 hectares, each plot meticulously tended with care. The soils, a blend of loam and sandy textures, bear the unmistakable imprint of the nearby Atlantic Ocean, lending a unique character to the grapes.
Crafted with precision, their Albariño boasts a vibrant profile, brimming with notes of lemon zest, grapefruit pulp, and luscious ripe peach. A subtle minerality, reminiscent of crushed rock, dances on the palate, leading to a finish accented with hints of bitter almond and white pepper.
